With many neighboring projects already under construction, Peak Seven was tasked with creating the 321 brand from scratch and launching pre-construction sales from an offsite sales gallery on Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale.

After creating a brand ID and key messages that captured 321's lifestyle and unique benefits, Peak Seven successfully designed and produced all sales collateral as well as the sales gallery launch while planning a series of events for both consumers and the realtor community.
